We all know the adage, “Home is Where the Heart is.”  And many of us continue to search for that elusive perfect home—whether it is within the comfort and safety of our family or it is within a professional environment surrounded by colleagues and peers whom we admire and respect.

At Richard Brothers Financial Advisors we were on that same quest, too. For many years. We set out on our journey—and it has been a long one—to discover the key ingredients we needed to enjoy our personal lives, as well as build successful professional lives. After accomplishing our goals of enriching our personal lives by developing a solid foundation, we realized that in order to enrich our professional lives as well, it was crucial to extend that principle foundation to our business in order to build our success upon it. We are very proud to say that we have succeeded, we are continuing to build on it and, most importantly, we are eager to offer our success model to you.

I am sure we all agree that after being on a journey, whether long or brief, risk-filled or fun-filled, the one thing we all look forward to is….coming home.

You Won’t Hear Lip Service From Us!

We constantly hear these phrases and terms. They are everywhere— “We want to sit on the same side of the table with you.”  “Our services are value-added.”  While these words conjure up trust and believability, over the years they have lost their impact because every firm uses them in their content, in their collateral, and as part of their mission statements. As a result, there is no differentiation among firms who “bang this buzz-word drum” and there appears to be nothing unique or innovative about their specific offerings.

What is meaningful, however, are these offerings:

A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step

At times, it may have seemed as though you have walked for a lifetime, searching for the right home. The perfect environment in which to “hang your hat.”  We know all too well the miles you have traveled. We have walked in your shoes! We have also walked through the process of investigating and choosing a broker-dealer; through compliance issues and product due diligence; across the somewhat rough terrain of transitioning to independence and dealing with client retention challenges. We have been through the many industry complexities and have dealt with them successfully.

As we encountered obstacles along the way, we analyzed them and determined the best plan of action. Eventually, we put all of the pieces together, and after more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, we created a business model and system that we believe is ideal for growing and maintaining a high quality practice. Building Richard Brothers Financial Advisors was the best decision we have ever made.
