Client Onboarding Specialist

Summary

The Richard Brothers Financial Advisors Marketing and Sales team is growing! We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to support our Senior Sales Team and Relationship Managers in their mission to invite new potential clients to participate in our Customer Journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys identifying and developing new client opportunities throughout New England from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, contacts, discovery, and individual research. This individual will learn our unique offering, understand our Whole Picture planning approach, and be able to identify who might be a possible interested party for Richard Brothers.

Experience generating new business in a B2C environment as well as ability to network and develop relationships with a wide range of qualified potential clients will contribute to this individual’s success. Aptitude to leverage CEO and COO’s current network will also assist in building the new client pipeline.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages lead generation to ensure company meets monthly, quarterly, and annual client goals.
  • Proactively makes outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads and establish Discovery call appointments for the team.
  • Builds and cultivates lead relationships by initiating communications and acquiring information to be populated in the CRM and used to create consistent actions in client acquisition process.
  • Executes lead generation and qualification programs to increase participation in Richard Brothers Financial Advisors workshops and seminars.
  • Fulfills event planning responsibilities to generate new business.
    Provides analysis and reporting on the results of lead generation campaigns to create future metrics that can be tracked and analyzed.
  • Organizes the team’s weekly sales meeting agenda and reports on sales metrics.
    Manages, updates, and maintains the Redtail sales database; activity logging, customer notes, weekly opportunity tracking etc.
  • Supports Senior Management and Customer Relations Managers with various tasks during each phase of the sales process to ensure consistent communication and outreach.
  • Assists in marketing campaign execution as needed.
  • Supports Wealth Management team with setting meetings for new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Follows established processes and maintains excellent client communication.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, relationship building, and networking required.
  • B.S. degree in business or finance preferred.
  • Self-starter that works well in a team environment.
  • Must have extensive CRM experience; Redtail preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail and organizational / time management skills.
  • Desire to continually learn and master new technology and products.
