Randy manages the firm's investments and portfolio allocations and selection of institutional products.
Randy is an MBA Graduate from Suffolk University. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, including senior management positions with UBS, Inc. and Putnam Mutual Funds, as well as experience in asset management, business development and consulting. He has consulted to several national and international community banks interested in developing and executing business plans to provide investment services.
Randy is a General Securities Principal and Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a former member of the Financial Planning Association as well as the Investment Management Consultants Association. He holds an insurance license in Maine and an Investment Advisory Representative license. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, traveling, cycling, health & fitness, fishing and spending time with his family.×
Neal is the COO of the firm's internal operations and wealth management team. He oversees the firm's finances and operations, and serves as the lead advisor for the firm's key account relationships, with a focus on providing wealth management solutions to business owners and corporate executives.
Neal is a graduate of the UNH Whittemore School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration. Involved in the banking and financial services industry for over 20 years, Neal has also held senior positions at State Street Bank and Trust of Boston in the mutual funds global custody group.
Neal is a Principal of Financial Operations and Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and an Investment Advisor Representative. Also, Neal has a Maine insurance license. In addition, he is an active participant and voice in several leading industry forums and firm benchmarking studies.
During his personal time he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, traveling, golfing and fitness.×
Zach joined the Richard Brothers team in September of 2012. As the Relationship Manager, his primary responsibilities include: business development, client and strategic partner relationship management, retirement plan implementation and fulfillment. As a leader in the Wealth Management Team, Zach is committed to helping team members develop and grow in their respective roles.
Prior to joining the firm, Zach graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Joseph's College of ME in 2012 with degrees in both Accounting and Finance. Outside of the office, Zach is an active board member at the Northern York County YMCA in Biddeford, ME. He enjoys spending time with family and staying active through fitness, baseball, and tennis.×
Cody joined the firm in January of 2013. As the service associate, he is the main point of contact for all client requests and inquiries. Other day-to-day duties include assisting with the operational functions of the firm. Cody also has a distinct role on the firm's Investment Committee where he helps oversee the overall investment strategies.
Cody is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine where he obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. While at USM he was a 4 year stand out on the university golf team. Away from the office Cody enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the summer months he can be found at the beach or at his local country club.×
Laura Linscott is the Senior Operations Associate at Richard Brothers Financial Advisors. She joined the firm in March 2015. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the operations team in the daily operations of the firm, fulfilling various client requests, and working on and analyzing clients’ financial plans. Laura graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Planning. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.×
Thom Moseley joined Richard Brothers Financial Advisors in May of 2016. As an Operations Associate, Thom assists with day-to-day operations and handles client requests. He’s a former Corporal of the United States Marine Corps with two deployments to the Helmand Province of Afghanistan and is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In his free time, Thom enjoys Southern Maine’s blossoming craft brewery scene and treks through the Pine Tree State’s vast wilderness with his wife and dog.×
Jaymz is a Wealth Management Operations Associate at Richard Brothers Financial Advisors. He joined the firm in November of 2017 after a year in insurance underwriting. As a member of the Operations team Jaymz works to ensure efficient and effective service is given to Richard Brothers’ valued clients through all facets of the financial services provided. His responsibilities include fulfilling client requests, assisting the advisors in analysis of client plans and general day-to-day operational support.
Jaymz graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and Risk Management in 2017. While in school Jaymz was captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team, a member of the Men’s Soccer team, a member of the Gamma Iota Sigma professional fraternity, Student Coordinator of on campus events and Student ambassador for the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.
In his free time Jaymz enjoys traveling, health & fitness, and spending time with friends and family.×
Allison Conley joined Richard Brothers Financial Advisors in May of 2016 as an Operations Associate. Allison assists with operational and client request fulfillment as well as various marketing and event planning projects. Allison is a graduate of Regis College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a double minor in Accounting and Economics. In addition to attending Regis, she also spent a semester studying at the University College Cork, Ireland. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time on the Maine coast as well as volunteering with Junior Achievement and the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.×
