Neal, Principal & COO at the firm, brings over 35 years of banking and financial services expertise to support professionals and business owners. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business & Economics, Neal holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics and Series 27, 6, 7, 63, 65, and Maine insurance licenses.

Since co-founding Richard Brothers Financial Advisors in 1996, Neal has served as Financial Operations Principal, Treasurer, and board member, overseeing firm growth to ensure exceptional service and tailored financial strategies for clients with complex needs.

Neal’s background includes senior roles at State Street Bank’s Global Mutual Fund Custody division in Boston and as VP of Key Investments in Portland, Maine. He is deeply committed to philanthropy and has supported numerous Maine charities for over thirty years.

Outside work, Neal enjoys quality time with his Family along the Maine coast and Lake Sunapee, boating, skiing, golfing, and staying active to prioritize health and longevity.
