He assists clients in navigating investment strategies, retirement planning, and financial transactions, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.

Before joining Richard Brothers, Oybek was a Client Service Representative at Charles Schwab, where he gained extensive experience guiding clients through complex financial decisions. He holds Series 7, Series 63, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses.

Oybek also brings leadership and operational expertise from the hospitality and automotive industries, giving him a unique perspective on problem-solving, team collaboration, and building lasting client relationships. Fluent in English and Russian, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Political Science from Moscow State Open University.
